Team events

are focused on work dynamics within a small group of coworkers—such as a small business or a team within a larger organization. These gatherings are designed to feel both useful and easeful. The intention is to create a space that feels inviting and supportive, where people can reflect, learn, and connect.

The focus is on practical understanding participants can bring into their everyday work life—supporting clarity, connection, and fresh perspective.

How it works

For these events, as with any other, no prior knowledge of Human Design is needed to participate.

The planning starts with a 45-minute call with a team leader to get a better understanding of the group’s flow, tasks, dynamics, and overall goals. This is also where we decide on the format—whether the gathering will lean more toward education and connection, or be more focused on practical solutions and applied insight.

Each participant can choose to share their birth details with me privately, or to look up their chart on their own. The first option allows me to customize the session more deeply for each person, while the second keeps the experience more general. I usually recommend the first approach, as it creates a richer and more tailored experience. All information is kept private, and I only share specific details if the participant feels comfortable.

During the event, I work with the intentions and insights gathered from my conversation with the head of the team. The focus is typically on strengthening group dynamics, highlighting the natural strengths of each member, and offering practical ways to work together with more ease and clarity.

To learn more, you can fill out an inquiry with your ideas and questions, or schedule a call to explore what kind of gathering would feel most aligned for your group.
